Four time stay at hospital

This month is very good and unique accident that i was four time stay at different hospital as well. This is my first experience to stay at hospital just like in Hotel.

Well, when you get same experince with me please lets me know and write it at comment area, ok. Sharing with us . . .

Firstly, Stay at Balimed Hospital. This is haven and start with my accident , 4 days in hopital . This is haven to me, and i was ill. Stay in the VIP room with infuse on my hand is headache.

Secondly, stay at Prima Medika. This was haven to my wife, she was born a beautiful son . I was stay and waiting just like in Hotel.

Third, stay at Surya Husada. This is was haven to my first Kid, he was DB disease . The disease that scribe by mosquito . And i also waiting my kid as well , stay at VIP room with TV on the living room.

Fourth, stay at Puri Bunda. This is was haven to my Mom, she was do a small operation on her ovum. And i also stay to wait in the VIp room just like in hotel.

This month is very sad to me and not friendly moment. I was lost much money on this month, i have to do and increase my business growth well . Four time stay at hospital just like stay at hotel. To make a good and healty you must do little bit sport in renon .

Well, actually i just come back to home after 4 days in Balimed hospital in Jalan Mahendrata, – Bali. I was sick and My doctor ask me to stay on hospital to get intensive body maintenance .

4 days in hospital make me realize that it is better to keep healthy and not to smooking, he . . h e. . . he . .

This is start when i was come back from long travel to visit my friend in Gilimanuk, Negera regency in Bali. Back to denpasar in midnight and get Duren in side street make me hot inside .

sport center in Renon

On Sunday morning , i was walking and doing sport with my family in Renon. Actually this is great sport center in Renon. This is not a sport center as world International standard as well. On the middle you will get one Museum Building.

Around the Museum there is many sport place with beautiful garden and grass. And there is many road with circle around to human walking. On the others side, on the big circle there is Bike road and often every once weeks on that sport center in Renon there is many activity.

Well, when i was walking on walking road i found many activity such us , Football , soccer, basket ball, fun bike, etc. And i found interest sport with many people follow it. There is Heart Healthy sport with Sport music, in Indonesia language it is call Senam kesegaran jasmani .

In my business opinion, the leader of Heart Healthy sport have great opportunity and great advance to make people still healthy primarily for the heart. I was follow the sport as well, and fill better after it.

So, what are you waiting for , Just Visit the sport center in Renon and many healthy program you will find there. If you want to health come and join sport center in renon. What do you think ?

I see the Heart Healthy sport is a good business . This is just my opinion, sorry if i am wrong , i found many sponsored there. Start from Telkomsel until Djarum support that program as well.
