Many of my client ask me how to calculate an architect fee ? . . . That’s usually people ask you when there is anyone ask about Architect fee as well.

My main job is an architect, i am balinese architect with graduate from Udayana University in Jimbaran Bali. I was graduate seven years a go, and start to working with PT. Wakalauka Industries. After that i start to others company at Bali property.

Normally,  The Architecture price doesn’t tide you to the dangers position of your personal money. The Architect fee calculation :

• The architect charge you per Square meters
• The architect charge you per percentage, normally around 7 – 10 % from real cost estimate of building construction.
• The architect will charge you based on your budget, you can tell him how much your budget to drawing and design.
